Nice! Looks great what bumper is that?

Line-X is way more durable and was originally used as a bed liner. Now it is used on anything to make it more durable. Powder coat is just a little more durable than paint.

I like that you were able to use what apeares to be the factory hitch. Do you have any more info on the bumper? Do they have a website.

yes I had him use the factory hitch so I did not loose any tow weight. As fam as spec I would have measure it, the bumper is pretty heavy. I am guessing like 150 lbs. But it is built like tank. The guy has facebook page dept 94. If want more info pm.

ATO used to. I believe now that the company has merged with 4xI, Kevin is doing installs only...you may still have to pay to have the bumper shipped to the east coast. You'll wanna check it out with ATO.

Aside from that, ARB has pretty much nationwide distribution, so you could probably pick one up from your local 4WP or 4x4 shop without additional cost.

Thank you for the very valuable information on all the bumpers in this thread, All of you have given me a lot to think about. Origionally I was thinking about getting a brush guard to install but now I think going with a new bumper like one of these bumpers listed on this thread would be better. Then I could sell my OEM bumper to help offset the cost of the new bumper. I am from S. E. North Carolina, Are there any members in my area that have any of these bumpers that I could meet up with and get a look at their setup ?

    Thank you,

    Eric

I have had my bumper for a week and I freaking love it. I went with Pelfreybilt and it is awesome. If you want detailed pics of I can take some of whatever you want to see or just check out my build pics I have quite a few on there. I have to say I was extremely pleased with the way the whole purchasing process went. I also used my own shipping method so that saved me like two weeks of waiting.

I am eventually looking to put on offroad bumpers but need some advice. I like the ARB style bumper and Shrockworks but I dont want to have to trim any body parts. Suggestions?

All of the aftermarket bumpers require some level of trimming - if nothing else the thin plastic inner fender liners at least.

Yeah that's what I figured but I think it'll still look good. It's bolt on.
