I have a factory rear off a 2012 (local members truck) that is coated nicely with herculiner if you are interested. Has the hitch and all so shipping might be a little steep.

I personally don't have one but there is a shop in the Bay Area called the toy connection and they are always getting new/used parts. I saw one there last week and they might still have it. I'll try and look the Telly# for you. They would probably be able to source one for you also. The freight is what the deal killer might be though.
