I hope you dont plan on running a full-sized flag while driving down the highway, those things create an incredible amount of drag and would likely break off any mount or pole if you go fast enough. For a slow parade through the neighborhood i'm sure it would be fine :)

How big is the flag and pole? Maybe sticking it through the rear winder and lodging it in the cab? It would be at an angle though...

Weather Tech floor mats, drop in k&n filter, TSB for leaf springs, 5100's set @ 1.75, front windows tinted, and N-Fab Nerf bars. More to come soon.
I also was wondering how to do this set up. I did see at Off Road Warehouse they have different set ups for the dessert. I have not tried any yet, but I am sure I will soon if no one has a better idea.

Get a CB antenna mount, one of the ones that mounts to a rig's windows (90 degree bend in it). Then go to Home Depot and get a 3' threaded rod, and four nuts to screw on it. Or six. Tighten the antenna mount onto one of the rail system's tiedowns. I'll post a picture of mine to better explain it.

CVC Pipe,550 Cord and interlock your bed rails to the Pipe, Good to go! I hit speeds of 75 mph and the flag was just ripping off a bit.

I dunno but I hope you don't plan on flying a confederate flag. There's some guy that lives in my town that flies one on his old Ram pickup. You lost move on, get over it.
