anyone with fabtech or procomp 6" do the install yourself?

If so, how much of a pain was it?

 

I am thinking about doing this myself lately and saving some $$

 

i think iv seen a few people do it on here, someone should chime in eventually. I can say for sure tho, measure 30 times before you cut!

 

yes i have done it my self, with the help of some buddies. but i also work at a toyota dealership so..... that made it a whole lot easier. pretty much the hardest part about it would be cutting the cross member for the front diff (if its 4X4) other than that its heavy lifting but its doable. took us about a day. if done in a garage, try plan for a weekend.

 

then this should be no big deal...i have built a whole car / motor in my garage...my buddy has all kinds of cutting tools / welder etc in his garage. What about the hub area...does anything require pressing?
