1.) Why do I have this pink crusty stuff coming out the coolant cap? it used to be all over the reservoir but somehow it's gone now. Nothing is on the radiator cap, and my coolant temp is 186F once the truck has warmed up and i'm cruising along (according to the SGII)

    2.)
Is having the A/C System's drain right above the frame a bad thing for our trucks? Lol, I mean my truck is 3 years old now, and has about 55K miles, not really any rust anywhere, but just wondering...

Surprisingly my blackberry actually took good pictures too...thats a first.

Seal might be broken on the coolant?? And my air runs great :) Pretty sure the A/C Does that and drips down to pavement

Lol yeah it does drip down, just wondering if eventually over time the frame in that bit would start to rust...

I'll check out the reservoir tomorrow morning, I haven't opened that in a while except to refill it

The seal on your resorvoir cap is leaking and the A/C condensation that is dripping on your frame will do no damage.

    No need to worry!;)

Oh darn it, but what could have caused the seal to start breaking down? I mean my truck isn't even that old :(

that could explain why coolant suddenly disappears from that tank...

    I'm guessing Mexican build quality...:D
HAHAHAHA JK! (Unless your truck was built in Mexico)

But seriously, it's probably just a little defect and that's why coolant is disappearing.
