Well it's his personal choice...but I agree, the DC Tacoma is versatile. This is why I traded in my 4Runner on a DC.

Surprised you found a 4Runner but I guess it depends on what trim you bought. Been looking for a Limited 4Runner for the wife and not only are the Limiteds like Unicorns here right now, one with Navi and in Blizzard Pearl is even more of a challenge to locate. They say the economy blows but you could never tell by Toyotas sales.

I'm really confused. What does the 4runner have that the taco didn't?

I'm old school - the 4runner just looks like a station wagon to me - 4 doors and storage in the back. Tacoma 4 doors and open storage in back. What am I missing ?

Thats gotta be one of the only barcelona reds that look good. Not a big fan of the color but that truck looks sick! Someone should slap you up side the head dawg! Enjoy the 4runner though, you going to lift it?

The taco definately does not have the space or leg room the 4Runner has. Doesn't have the MPG with the current setup either. I got 28,600 for it on a trade which I thought was pretty fair.

I just paid less than that for one (barcelona red) 4x4 dcsb trd off road about 4 months ago. It doesn't have the extras, but normally they won't give you crap for those on trade in. I think you got a hell of a deal on that.

Do you intend to mod the 4Runner to the same degree, or did you outgrow the drop bracket lifts? :p

Well technically it wasn't really a "TRADE" Benca1 who is on here, well his dad owns the Toyota and Lexus dealer. He snapped a few pics of it, sent an email, and 1hr later he said it was sold. Yes I do plan on modding the 4Runner. Just not quit as much lift as the tacoma.

Sorry to hear about that. Your truck was one of the trucks I use to like to look at. I would go on the Toytec forum and check it out all the time. Good luck with the new purchase.:(
