I installed a 3" ProComp kit on 09 DCLB 4x4 TRD Sport. I also installed light racing upper control arms from ToyTec and they are set at 0. The noise sounds like a clunk or something shifting around up front when I accelerate or brake and turn left or right at low speeds. I have removed the sway bar and it still makes the noise and I jacked the front of the truck off the ground and turned the wheels left and right, the noise went away. So it's only if there's weight on the front end. I contacted ProComp to see if I could get some help from them and that's not going to well. I can't physically see anything shifting up front when looking at it while turning the wheel. I am stumped on this one..........

I have already ordered some Walker Evans coil overs and Walker Evans rear shocks cause I just don't like the ride of the ProComp. I am just more concerned that it's not something else major up front.

I was thinking that also. I will find out for sure if it is my ProComp coilovers when I replace them.

    I will keep ya posted!

What is the tourqe spec for the lower control arm bolts?

Tightening up the bolts fixed the problem. The retards from the delaership didnt tighten them up enough at all. The bolts were just little bit further than finger tight.

The tourqe spec for all 4 lower control arm bolts is 155 foot lbs.
