My wife and I and an other couple packed the taco up and went on a 3500 km trek to Newfoundland. Beautiful Scenery, alot of wildlife, and some ice burgs too.

I took a few pics of the truck along the way.

    Thats awesome!
Glad you had a great trip. The summer here been really wet and cold.
I just got back from PEI, was pretty close to NB. The weather wasn't too great over that way either

Lots of people say that they want to visit Newfoundland but never make the trip. I'm originally from Cannings Cove.

How was the boat over to the island?

The boat over sucked. I worked all day, left for the ferry at 5pm, took 6 1/2 hours to get there. Waited until 3am to load, couldnt sleep in the chairs. We took the 16 hr ferry back and it was the best ferry Ive ever been on. We left at 7pm and docked at 10 am the next morning. I medicated at 8 and I slept until 9 am lol.

Very cool, looks like it would be pretty amazing in person. How did the other couple enjoy the rear seats? :D Does not sound like an access cab trip haha. Just going the 4 hours to Tahoe for me usually ends in complaints.

I even sat in the back and had loads of room and was quite comfy, helps that the ladies were up front driving and I had loads of leg room, lol

I highly recommend getting a cabin on the boat. you can get a two bed, four bed room, etc. You get your own bed, bathroom, and tv. It makes the long boat ride very comfy.

Cool stuff............how was the biking? I did 30 miles in 100 degree heat with no swimming pool to jump in yesterday. Let's just say it wasn't the most pleasant of rides, lol. I'd take a chilly newfie summer anytime vs this oven shit, lol.........
