    I like my 265s. better gas mileage. Less rubbing when flexed. no rubbing when normally driving. and they still look good. and my speedo on the truck is just about spot on.

    I wanted to get bigger tires. 265 was stock size. I originally put 275 Goodyear Silent Armor then after my OME lift I went with 305/70/16 Cooper DISCOVERER STT tires. They are great tires for off roading anywhere.

    I would say 285s they would look better, and the gas mileage isnt too much off. Not nearly as much as my 315s! But rubbing wouldnt be bad either.

    Even then 315's wouldn't kill your gas mileage that bad. Speedo might be off a bit though.

    Smash as much rubber under as you can without rub. Assuming you stayed with the stock wheel size then 285's for sure.

    And my last two tanks with these on I have gotten 18.7mpg and 19.1 mpg. I'm almost finished another tank and it looks like I will be getting between 18.5+ and 19mpg again.
