    Aren't they dyno rated at like 8-10 hp? Not going to make anything feel any different, but if you want the satisfaction of knowing you have a pocket full of 8 more HP then knock yourself out.

    gaining .3? really how about my last time when i added my exhaust and ran 15.5 maintance also?

    That was reduced aerodynamic drag from the hybrid bumper alongside the change in seasons, which results in the earth tilting so the drag strip is slightly downhill.

    Again, bullshit aside, until I see dynos, I give CAIs/Exhaust no credit other than noise.

    I put the TRD cai on my 05 dbl cab and it made it louder and seemed to make it more responsive. I did notice that it had more grunt from a stop and overall acceleration seemed better. I bought mine used for a steal on craigslist but was in great condition. I was worried primarily about smog since I live in CA because it's not 50 state legal. But the smog guy I took it to said if it has the trd logo he has no problems doing it and if course it passed. So I like the trd for the price I paid but to pay retail for it would be tough to swallow. I have not kept track of mileage so I can't comment on that. Big tires and a lift negate any reason for me to keep track of it anyway

    The only reason I consider getting a CAI is to make room for an aircompressor under the hood and if you move the intake it gives you plenty of room

    ok well seeing that your stat is an I-4 removing the 2nd air filter will not increase your time that much in the 1/4 mile
