    Just wondering...at the current moment my truck KBB's for essentially what I paid for it.

    The honeymoon phase is over and I wouldn't mind selling it and buying a first gen ('01+) and then putting my money elsewhere. So:

    * Is my 09 Prerunner AC SR5 auto 2wd (with JBL) and 50k worth $21,800?

    * Whats a decent price for an '01-04 v6 5spd 4WD?

    * Have you considered downgrading?

    You misspelled *downgrade*. It should be spelled *upgrade*. :D

    Regular, Xtra, or double cab?

    TRD?

    SR-5?

    Limited?

    If you find a bone stock Xtra cab TRD SR5 power everything, AC, CC in excellent shape inside and out, w/ maint records, no accidents, etc. with lower mileage (say ~100k) from a non-rust state, expect at least 10K if not more from a private seller. Also depends on local market. Xcab 5 speeds are probably the highest demand model. It is hard to find good ones; people often travel to other states to get the one they want. And they are always at least a couple grand over KBB. I have heard NADA is a better source for prices.

    I want either this exact setup or a double cab, TRD doesn't really matter to me (not sure but in the 2nd gen there's not much of a difference between TRD and Prerunner IMO). That's about the price I am willing to pay, also would fly to the southwest and drive it back to FL.

    Um, TRD for first gen is just the rear diff lock plus HD shocks, which will be worn out. And a fancy sticker. You could get a non-TRD and install a diff lock yourself. I am not sure if the gears are different, or is this even matters to you. Somewhere on this site is the VIN codebreaker for this info if you care. Regardless, the TRD will fetch a premium price.

    Huge difference between Prerunner (2wd) and 4x4 TRD.

    FYI, Double cabs are only automatic, no manual.
