25k for a truck with almost 60k miles? Doesnt sound like a good deal to me, especially since you owe 4k on your current truck , so basically you'd be looking at a price of nearly 30k when you factor in what you owe.

not sure what you'd get in trade but seems like you'd be better off going new if you want those kind of payments

+1...there was a 2010 at a dealer near me with 14000 miles on it and they wanted $27000 for it.

I don't know why I thought that was cheap. I think it would be wise if I kept my truck.

If you don't want payments, trade yours for a 4x4 the same age/miles.

PreRunner are worth a little less than 4x4. I think about a 3000 dollars difference. But if I was really to trade my 05 I would want 09 and up just because it has all the computer stuff such as DAC, TRAC, A-TRAC, etc. But I've thought it over and I'm going to pay it off next month. Then I may look into getting a 4runner as my third vehicle.

Keep your truck. Get your nice mint title in hand, then enjoy being payment free for awhile and see if you can live with not having a 4X4.

None yet, other than wheels :)
    I agree.

Or if you really want a new one be patient and look around once a week or so until you find a really good deal. I shopped around for several months before I finally got mine.
