Removing plastics in 07 XtraCab

Anyone have any pics or information on removing interior plastic pieces to get behind the radio and rear speakers.

Plus where is a good place to drill a hole to attach ground wire for an amp going in the Xtra cab?

there's a post around here somewhere w/ the details and pics for taking out the radio, but essentially, pop out the a/c control panel w/ a butterknife and then there are 4 screws that you can see that hold in the radio w/ the whole dash insert. i have no idea about the rears though

awesome, thanks. Hopefully there is enough room to insert a small converter behind the radio. Plus I hope there is enough wire length for me to reach the remote wire so I can run my remote to my amp.
