No you gotta remove the charger. I would go for some IKH24s plugs when you get boost.

Are you missing a vacuum hose on the air duct? I see an empty nipple (yes, I spot nipples instantly). If so, sucking in unfiltered air, and is after the airflow sensor...

That is a mounting stud for the Plenum cover not a nipple
