I just had my 15k service done. While there I had them check my creaking clutch pedal. This is the second time I've had it looked at. They told me the tech contacted toyota about it and they are aware of the problem and currently coming up with a solution. They said maybe by my next service they'll have a solution. As for my blower motor they replaced it and added an acoustic cover under TSB 0092-10. Hopefully this fixes that problem.

Both of these issues will be brought up with the dealer when I go for my 10k service, I have just started to notice both problems at 7k miles. I hope that what they have done for your motor will work for me too so I can get that fixed as well as a quick solution to the pedal problem.

There is a fix for the clutch pedal somewhere on here. It has to do with turning a shaft on the pedal assembly. I did this about a year ago and haven't had the creak since. Maybe someone can find the thread?

This is fine for those who don't have a warranty. But my take on this is I just paid $29k for a brand new truck. Toyota is responsible for coming up with a permanent fix for a poorly designed part. I don't want to be out in the mountains thousands of miles from now and have the clutch pedal brake on me and leave me stranded.

Somehow I don't think a creaking clutch pedal is going to leave you stranded. Yes, it is annoying. If you're that concerned you should get the dealer perform the TSB. I fixed mine myself in about 2 minutes.
