    got the new Fisher plow put on today. I like it. It's only 260lbs. and rides fine with it up in the air. It's just for my own driveway, not for hire.

    my driveway is about 200' long. The plow was 4118.00 $ installed. no more waiting for the plow people to come, and having to move the cars out when they do finally show up, if they show up at all. It will pay me back in a couple of years I think.

    Tsb's were done at Ira toyota of Milford. They are real good about that stuff, for me anyway. I bought the plow at Tuck's Trucks in Hudson, Ma.

    this was too much for my "homeowner" plow. When I tried to move thru the 8' bank at the end of my driveway I got hung up. After taking my time and doing smaller passes, things were very good. I would rate this plow good for up to 12" at a time, not 24". I only do my drive and a few neighbors as well, so it worked out good for me after a learning curve.:D

    the blade is some kind of plastic/vinyl stuff. Makes it light (260 lbs) with a steel frame behind it. Overall it works well for typical storms.
