New Tailgate. Or used one that is not warped. Do a search on here and you will find lots of similar threads. If you get a new one you should look to re-enforce it.

I have 2 ideas for you:
to get the warp out, take the plastic covers off the tailgate to expose the metal. There's holed cut in it, so close the tailgate, put a 4x4 piece of wood across the bottom of the tailgate/bed, then loop a chain/rope or whatever you have through one of the holes in the top edge of the tailgare and use a bar for leverage prying off the 4x4 in the bed. It got my tailgate 90% straight after bending it.

2: Next, reinforce the tailgate with a sheetmetal cover like the one i make or similar. Search tailgate reinforcement and you'll find some threads on it.
