just got a new trd sport short bed i need to level it bad.ive been tooling around the forums for a couple weeks ,it seems the best way is to go with the bilstien 5100s. and what is a tsb4 i think it the leaf springs i looked and i have 3 leafs.is this something the dealer will do for free? or do i get aal and which one. i would like to put on some new shoes also it has 17in wheels now do i go with 16s so the tire looks bigger? i really dont want any issues.i just want to do it the right way!!!!! also whats the biggest tire i can go with?dont mind if i have to do minimal trimming. thanks cant wait to get started ill post pics

3" Lift with OME 885's, 5100's front and rear, alcan add-a-leaf. Banks Monster Exhaust, on the way: MM951C 17X9 and 285 MT/R's...
Most people on here will say stay awa from spacer lifts. Billstein 5100's are the best way IMO to level your truck. You are currently running 265.65.17 size shoes stock. If you only want to level your truck, the billstein's set at .85 or 1.75 should do the trick. If you want to go one tire size bigger (265.70.17) the billstein's set at 1.75 should be suffecient with either a 1.5 inch bock or an add-a-leaf. If you go a full 3 inch lift setup, you can stuff a 285.70.17 with little to moderate trimming. Hope this helps.

i have 5100 billys set at 2.5 with an 1.5 icon aal in the back. I fit 285/75/16 tires with no trimming and light rubbing on tight turns. However i must say that my back end is stiff as hell when going over bumps. Best way to decide what you want to do with your truck is research lots using the search feature. it is our best friend.

If you're getting the rear leaf TSB done then you are already going to have 4 leafs and you won't notice much lift after it all settles.

I would just get that done and then go from there - no point in rushing it.

Search around for the 5100 settings, it's all over the place.
