I have an 08 4x4 2.7 5 speed. It does not have a limited slip. What, if anything, can I do to convert to an LSD? Does it matter I have a 4x4? Thanks for any suggestions.

No... not without more time and money than installing ARB lockers, I am sure. Hydraulic brake booster, spin sensors, the ecu... wow, can't imagine!

Not for you Christian, just extra details for newbies:

ALSD is a setting with TRAC... TRAC is the electronic/ ABS brake assisted limited slip system and is short for 'TRACtion Control'. When you engage AUTO LSD, it is TRAC but without the engine output regulation.

TRAC in 4WD is really the same as AUTO LSD, but Toyota calls it TRAC in H4, but there is no regulation.

Detroit True Trac differential or an Auburn diff could be a good upgrade as well.
