Hadn't drove my 07 Prerunner for 3 days, got in fired it up & left the house. Stoped to get gas, shut it off, pumped gas, got back in & the security alarm went ape on me. Lights flashing, horn blaring, instrument panel lights flickering rapidly & a clicking noise like a machine gun. Pushed unlock on fob & all stopped. Decided to try to start again, put foot on brake & it all started again. Got out & disconnected neg. battery post for a few minutes. Hooked it back & again with the everything & stopped it with the unlock button. Truck wouldn't turn over, battery dead, but lights & horn worked. Jump started truck & drove a couple blocks home with horn honking, lights flashing, people looking at me like I'm crazy, lol. Got home pulled battery; it is original; 56,000 miles on truck. Went and got new Interstate battery, $130, damn! Now all is fine!
