Leaving for work at about 645 am and a Krispy Cream driver did not have his lights on when I was crossing the highway. Needless to say im a little upset. Really dont know what any bodyshop will say yet. Or, whos fault it was.

Did you get some free donuts from the driver?
On a serious note, sucks you got hit man. I see people driving around in the dark all the time with no lights. I guess they think the street lights are plenty.

LOL sorry about the missunderstanding. The cops came and did a police report ect. But, they told me that they were not the ones that called the shots on who was at fault it was the insurance companys part.

-Is the bed one piece or do the sides come seperate?

Bummer. Glad nobody was hurt. That doesn't look too bad. Bedside, flare and bumper and maybe some bumper brackets.

I know here in Oregon the cops wouldn't even show up unless someone was injured (or donuts were scattered around the highway).
