How much do you think I'll get?

Thinking about trading in or selling my Tacoma. What do you think I'd get from private or the dealer? What's a reasonable number to shoot for?
Overall very good condition, no dings, everything works, etc ....

2006 DC 6spd. TRD offroad, 62,000 miles
JBL 6 CD changer / sub
tow package
side curtain air bags
DRL
auto dimming mirror

They say $19,750 as trade-in. That seems very very high, as does the $22,600 private party value.
I was looking for some real life experiences lately, and some real people's opinions. Sorry, should have stated that in the beginning.

Wow, got a dealer quote today: $18,000 trade in. Add the tax savings, and it is $19,530. Not bad.
I doubt I can do better selling to private, not much better at least.
