when i had the belt off i spun all of the pullies (alt a/c ps ect) and they all spun free and smooth, for some reason i couldn't get the crank pulley to spin tho? maybe that's my problem:confused:

I'm bringing back an old thread because I unfortunately have a problem with my wife's 2003 4 runner. Belt was squealing and I changed it last weekend. The belt was only about 12 months old. The squealing stopped for about 2 days. Not sure how to change the tensioner. That may be my next shot. Any advice because I have never done it. Thanks
