My 2008 Tacoma 4X4 V6 Manual 6 speed has started making this high pitch squeal noise in the front end while I'm driving. It stops instantly as soon as I push the clutch all the way in. As soon as I release the clutch it starts again.

On my last oil change I asked the dealer to take a look at it, but they said they couldn't hear anything. And I noticed after I got it back from the oil change it had gone away, unfortunately it came back after a day or two. Anyone else had this issue ?
