you should be able to see a big drop of oil from what i'm assuming to be the source, the next pic, is just the general area of where it's at. Is this somthign serious? Its been going on for some time now (as evidenced by the oil marks on the driveway.) Obviously it needs to go to the stealership to be checked out but I wanted a TW opinion as well before they fill me full of shit. Truck should still be under warranty, its a 2010 Off Road Access Cab, only 24,000 mi.

The area you photo'd would be your transfer case. If the fluid's coming out of that, you're losing gear oil.

seal between the transfer case to tranny.....it could be that or seal from the tranny to the engine... i heard that sometimes if you go it a big mud puddle and splash your car full of mud that sometimes mud can get to the seals the destroy them. thats what i heard i could be wrong...:/

its dripping off the transfer case, but could be blowing back from anywhere upwind. Crawl under there and follow the trail to the source.

If its coming out the back of the transfer case then it would be the output or the actuator interface. Smell the liquid to see if it is gear oil which would be the transfer case, since you have an automatic transmission. Gear oil smells way worse than motor oil. The automatic transmission fluid should be red so that is easy to eliminate.
