Avid Sidesteps

I wanted to know if I should get a set of the side steps for my 3" Lifted Prerunner Dble Cab.

Avid off road has sliders too! They do great work and have amazing customer service! I have their sliders, and I have put them to very good use! Anything done by avid is a great product

ya, avid also had weld-on sliders. but thanks to Derek, i had bought the bolt on ones, n we fab'd up some plate brackets to bolt onto the frame instead of the underbody. haven't really "tested" them yet cuz i got a 6in lift n there is just too much clearance!!!! but they look good. maybe next time im at the mall i'll give them a real run for the money

if you dont do crawling, the side steps will be fine, but you can also get their bolt on "sliders" they arent real sliders, just look alikes that act as steps.

Avid gives a bundle discount along with a TW discount, so the more you buy the more you save

Eric will be my witness, the steps are still tough as hell and as long as you arent rock crawling you will love them. If you do do rock crawling they will catch up on a lot of stuff. I had the steps and loved them but I tore the hell out of the bottom of the steps dragging them across rocks as I was rock crawling. They are tough, can take a ton of abuse, and still look good.

That is Eric standing in the background. LoL

You can see how they hang down a bit but are great, I changed mine out to full avid sliders for offroading purposes. I cant say enough good things about Brandon at avid offroad. He makes some good kit.
