68hp doesn't sound like much if you just look at the number, but think of it this way. You are increasing your HP from stock by almost a full 30%! Too much money for me, but I can see the appeal and would like to take one out for a spin for sure.

Wow. I'm in love with my supercharger. Truck runs great pulls hard and sounds even better. They had no problems with the install and went smooth.

The one bad thing!!! The dealership had it all done washed my truck pulled it out front and an employee getting out of another customers car door dinged my truck. Small tiny little dent down by the texture on the drivers door. All the service techs saw it happen and there was nothing they could do to stop it. They were honest up front about it said they will have the body shop fix it. I was nice about it as they have always treated me right and said they will have the best body shop fix it and make it look perfect. First dent in the truck of only owning it 3 months and just dropped almost 5K into it I was ready to kill someone, but

I stayed calm, was nice, and told them accidents happen and to remember that when they ripping that employee a new asshole.

The ding is tiny like I might not have noticed it untill I washed my truck next they could have easily not said anything, but they did the right thing and are having it fixed correctly. For that I'm happy and give credit. Am I pissed yes, but in a few days after its fixed I will never even know where it was at.

Haha sorry boys. Been busy laying some rubber down on the road. Have 3/4 of a tank trough her already. Let's just say your MPG will go down because you are mashing on it.

Truck idels better than before. Like I said before sounds amazing. Got to love the whine of a supercharger. Under normal driving the engine is slightly louder, but under a heavy foot it is loud. Would be even louder with an intake.
Doing 75 on the highway did not notice a diffidence in engine noise.
as for power you can feel the difference like night and day. Pinning it on the highway will put you in your seat. It's no sports car but pulls harder than my 03 F150 5.4L V8 did.

As you expect from a supercharger the power comes low in the RPM range. There is no delay. From a dead stop you will roast them all day got to ease into it and it will launch hard.
In 4x4 it pulls like an SOB off the line only took it to 45 then slowed down in 4x4

There's not to much to talk about its the same engine as before same supercharger so... Ya haha.

And to the post above yes I have a 2012

    Questions just ask

Went last night to see my new 2012 DCLB Sport at the dealer. I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to get it in and the first thing I see is 8-10 nasty scratches on the hood! They're going to have it for another week while they repaint the hood.

In the mean time, while they have the hood off, I'm having a supercharger installed! I should finally have it by the end of next week. I already have new wheels, TRD exhaust, 5100s, and weathertech floor mats ready to be installed as soon as I get it home. All thanks to you boys here on Tacoma I got all sorts of crazy ideas in my head. I'll post up about the supercharger as soon as I can.

How did it idle before? I've noticed my idle goes up to 1000-1100rpm sometimes and I've assumed this was because of the new emissions crap added on.

How would you say it idles better?

My truck personally Idled like crap at first when compare to my other vehicles. On a cold start before I would be around 1200 when warm was still around 800 and never very smooth.

Now on cold start right at 1000 and after warm 500-600 and smith not rough like before.

Ok few updates. Did a full tank to empty of normal driving. Tried my hardest to keep the badboy under 2K RPM. I was previously getting 18.5 MPG after supercharger 19 MPG even.
This was combined highway and city about 50/50
This was as scientific as millage divided by gallons put in so not perfect, but If I had to say its exactly the same as long as you keep your foot out of it.

As for speed its quick No VW R32 (what I had before), but I shit all over a supped up gay ass Honda civic on the Highway today. That effing coffee can it had for a muffler made me want to run his ass off the road, but i refrained and just blew his doors off from 50- 85 short run I know, but when I give him the jump and then go past him the point is made bahah.
