Looking into replacing the yokohama HT's that the truck came with for the sake of winter driving in WV (nasty.) The yokohamas aren't a bad tire by any means, but just not enough tread or grip for these hills and turns in snow. I've been debating between Cooper AT, Yoko AT, Michelin AT, or Kumho AT (favorite tire shop back home carries cooper, yokos, and kumhos) but i'm more concerned with the look as well for curiosity purposes.

These will be on stock sport wheels painted gloss black...

I love it! I had to grind off one of the rivits that attach the leaf pack wrap things (not sure what it actually is) in the existing leaf pack to make it work though. The reason being is the friction plate from the AAL would have rubbed on the rivit head. Here's a pic of what I had to remove, you can see the Icon 3-leaf comes with new leaf pack wraps to take their place.

I wouldn't let that discourage you, the results are 100% worth it. I bought an angle grinder for $30 and got the job done in about 10 minutes :D

Love em so far! I haven't had them in a ton of snow yet but they are great on quiet on dry pavement and great in the wet conditions. So far they're handling the snow well but we've only had a couple inches so far.

I love em! First time in the snow was this past weekend with the crazy storm that hit the northeast. And they handled awesome. Very minimal road noise. Haven't had any problem off-road, great look and great price. i will definitely get them again. Had them for about 5,000 miles and tread wear looks great. Supposedly they are good for about 60,000 miles!

Those 255's don't really look that much narrower than the 265's...

I got to the end of this thread before I realized that I am relative to this discussion. Ive got eibachs at 0 and a wheelers 3 leaf pack for 1.5" in back. I will be getting new coilovers soon so I can adjust them to the height I desire.
Tires are 265 70 17 duratracs. Wanted 265 75 16 but the morons at 4 wheel parts screwed it up.
Pics are in build page and gallery.
