Can anyone give me any advice?

I have a 2011 tacoma and want to put HID lights on it. Is it really a big problem with the glare for oncoming drivers? That is my concern. Any solutions?

I've been researching retrofits for a while, but I feel like i'll fuck up the retrofit. and the only website that offers premade retrofits is over $1,000.00.
