    So here is the situation:

I have a bench seat (2008 regular cab).

I have found two buckets (2006 x-runner sport seats)

    Here is the problem:

The seats DO NOT include the sliding frame that mounts between the seat and the floor pan.

Toyota parts department tells me that I would have to order a new seat frame assembly. That is everything except the cushion.

    Question:

What to do. I really would like to use these seats but my hands are tied at this point.

Do you have recommendations for specific Toyota yards? I am from Charlotte, NC and out here in Pismo Beach on business for the next 5 months.

Any local help would be great on tracking this seemingly small item down.

My back would surely appreciate it, as I took the trip to Hearst Castle and Monterey Bay this past weekend and the bench seat was not very enjoyable.

I am interested in doing the same thing. I will be looking at our local yard here to take the complete bucket assemblies from an SR5 Regular, Access or Double cab. I have road trips in Dec. and Feb. and would like to have it done before then! I will let you know what I find...

Thanks for the link. Yeh, Sacramento is a bit too far, but maybe a last resort.

Keep the options coming, I sincerely appreciate the help.
