God I need a better sound system..

Hey guys and gals! I am totally lost. I really want to upgrade my 06 DC (jbl) with a better sound system all around. Looking to spend around 800 +/- depending on what I can get. I have been looking and have know idea what I really want. I really like JL products but after talking to a few ppl on here, the word is a JL sub wont fit in a DC. I want a good CLEAR sounding system that can bump when I want it to. If anyone has stuff for sale or any good ideas, please let me know.

You can fit JL's in the back of your truck.
This box with the extra mounting depth. Ask the guys and they will cut the box down to the correct air space.
