So i followed the chain of posts and its a dead end with someone who sounds like they may have figured it out.. from the snippets of info, it sounds like if you just get the switch, install it, youd have it for both windows..

Yep that is the best I have seen on this site, sorry should have explained that it wasn't a completed project. I was hoping it would have helped you alittle. I have been looking for donar vehicles in junkyards. When I find them I'll try it out.

No no need for apologies, its good knowing that its not something that has been done before. I'll do some research too and if i figure out how to do it i'll make a writeup.

LOL, I think its kinda funny how we are now wanting a system that works without haveing to hold a button down for a few seconds. Does anyone remember way back when you had to use a crank to get the windows to go up or down? :D

LOL-I kinda wish I had a crank now- Woulda kept my airplane throttle/power control arm stronger.

I think there is a relay involved in the process too- The switch doesn't control the motor (I don't think)

the 2005 scion tC (and others I'm sure...that's just what I have) has an auto up/down on both sides. So therefore it has the two click switches and the relays. Try that out....look at the FSM and see what it says??

My other car is a 65 dodge with power NOTHING.. so one button push would be great. haha!
