Just wondering if any else installed a CB in their truck and if so where/how did they install it. In the dash/console/ etc. Also the antenna mounting location and cable routing.

I want to add one to use during wheeling. Thanks!

    Check my build for pics.

Used velcroe to mount it on the center console underneath the glove box. I didn't want to drill any holes anywhere, and it made it easy to tuck all the wiring.

On the fender. Look next to the mirror. You can't really see the whip but it is 49"

Just use a hand held. no drilling required. The guys my buddy wheels with just have the portable ones. There not that far apart ever so it makes it perfect for them.

that cup holder idea is awsome thanks for putting that picture up of that i am most definitly doing that this weekend also, fellas ive had cbs in all my trucks best way for antenna mounting is doing the hard mount on the very top of your truck in the middle! centering the antenna gives you better recp. distance everything and since its hard mounted it wont come off wilson 1,000 antenna cobra radio which everone is the best way to go in my mind if you want a little extra well alot extra get a linear!!
