Misfire on cylinder one

    Bobed flat bed 6in lift 3 body 35s on 15" wheels
    My dads 2007 Toyota Tacoma v6 4.0l is missing on cylinder one. Have replaced injectors plugs and have moved the wires around too it is only missing on cylinder one. Any advice.

    LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
    Pull the plug for that cylinder. While it's out check the compression. If it's good, install new spark plug and swap coil packs with another cylinder. The miss should move to another cylinder if the coil pack is bad. Sounds like you've already eliminated the injectors. If there is no compression issue then maybe a wiring harness problem?

    What fault code are you getting? I think an open injector or coil pack will set a code?

    first of all u dont have plug wires on an 07???? confused? and a maf would effect more than one cylinder so thats not it
