    Off road has elocker and atrac. Sport has LSD and the (non functional) hood scoop.
    Also there are plenty of other threads out there discussing the differences you can search for them.

    CBI Sliders,PIAA Lights, 5100's, 4 leaf pack.
    OR has a locker, ATRAC, black door handles, chrome rear bumper and 16 inch wheels.
    Sport has color matched door handles and rear bumper 17 inch wheels and a hood scoop that makes the truck go way faster and helps you get laid.:rolleyes:

    Go for the TRD OR package.:bowdown:

    I believe there is some talk of the sport having a 4 leaf pack vs the OR having a 3 leaf pack. Also for 2012, don't forget the sport has the turn signals in the side mirrors. Interior wise, the OR and the sport are the same for the 2012. I can't think of anything else that has not been mentioned yet.

    And the stickers. The stickers are different. This is critical.

    Yup

    That's your best bet considering there's already some misinformation in this thread.

    different suspensions.... the OR is for off-roading (hence the name) and the Sport has a smoother ride

    Tundra = Girls truck lol

    To the OP, there have been some changes through the model years especially in 2012 with the leaf pak.
    Best is check out the toyota site for the package listings.
    There is plenty of reading here as well. Maybe look in the new member section & see who has bought the new Sport vs. the TRD OR.
    Happy Shopping. :)

    If you plan on going offroad the OR model has a bunch of really useful things...the Sport model is a cleaner street look (painted everything, turn signals in mirror, 17" wheels vs. 16", etc.)...As attractive as a locker was to me I will never be in a situation where I need it so the Sport model won...
