Hi, I am getting a 6" procomp kit installed, but i have the rear TSB already installed. I want my truck to sit level with no rake. What do i tell the shop to do in terms of installing the rear?

Looking for responses from first hand experiences.

    Thanks in advance!

    None yet! It's new!
Just an opinion/observation: I don't get why people want their truck to sit level with no load in the bed. If it does, anytime you carry anything, you're going to sag in the rear.

Does your truck have a load in the bed a majority of the time? If so, what you are saying makes sense.

I have no load a vast majority of the time, and I want my truck to sit level. I am spending some hard earned cash on this lift been wanting it for a while. I want my truck to sit level because that's what I like to see.

If it's a complete "kit" ProComp should have a solution for the rear.

Well, I told the guy at the shop I have TSB. He wasnt sure if the kit accounts for that or not. Logic would tell me procomp doesnt account for TSB.... Since not every truck has it. He said he will install the AAL unless i direct him otherwise. Any thoughts?

He has to do more than an AAL to get to 6" I would think.
They probably use a block, too.

I have the stage one and tsb leafs... When I installed my lift I added the blocks but I didn't install the aal and it turned out fine

That's interesting. I contacted the shop and I even called ProComp today and they all suggested just putting the AAL on as described.

Lol, for a relatively subtle issue, I'm really perplexed on what to do....

I would like to see some pics of your rig.
