Bring up my front end.

Just bought a 2005 4x4 DC SR5. It has the Toytech 3" kit but the front end still sits a little low for my taste. Any suggestions on how to bring it up w/o just putting in bigger spacers?

 

maybe upgrade the coils? or raise the coilovers

 

If your already at 3 inches up front, that's as high as you can go.

To go higher you will have to look into drop bracket lifts from either Fabtech or Procomp.

(or a body lift, which no one will recommend)

Do u have a 33" or 285 tire on? If u don't already, bumping up to this tire size will make a big difference for u too. (but you'll need wheel spacers or 4.5 or less backspaces wheels)

 

Why do you need the 4.5 back spacer for ?? I have 285's and have no problem at all.

 

I have wheels with backspacing of 4.25. No spacers.

No minimize rubbing with 285's it's best to have wheel spacers or wheels with backspacing of 4.5 or less.
