    Removed the damn stickers!
Couldn't stand the black, shiney dust magnet faceplate on the new OEM stereo. Thought when I pulled it out I would be working on just the faceplate. Well the buttons are all in the damn faceplate and most are not easy to remove. Tackled it anyway and messed it up a little but still looks better IMO. I'll probably re-do it at some point.

Then I decided to go nuts with the stuff!

Hard to say. Some pieces were easier than others. Didn't do it all at one time. Taking apart the radio was a major PITA.

Used a heat gun. It becomes very pliable when warm but cools quick. Just took my time and pulled and rubbed on the corners. It's pretty tough so I had no problem with ripping. It's the quality 3M stuff not the print stuff.
