When I start to roll down my front passenger side window, there is a squeak right when it comes down for a second. The rest of the way down and back up is fine, it's just that initial act of the window coming down. Does anybody else get that problem or know how to fix it?

Not related, but mine rattles at when I roll it down about 1/4. No rattle anything below that. Probably just a loose tab or something. It doesnt bother me enough to do anything about it though...I am so bored...

I have the same problem and had both window seals replaced, same issue. Seems to be the door seal, not sure. It's going back to the dealer in a few weeks for this.

I'm pretty sure my passenger window has always squeaked....on the way up though, I think.

That sounds like a window regulator to me. I had the same issue on my 93 4Runner.

The window makes a really loud squeak for a second but it doesn't slow down at all correct?

Any one have any luck with fixing this? I have the same problem on my drivers window. Also when the window is half way down it seems looser then the rest.
