Depends on what you want. Blue output, bright output, etc.

I havent heard much about the night techs

but I ran the xtreme whites for awhile without any problem, they have great output. IDT you can go wrong with either or.

(but be warned that these brighter halogen bulbs tend to burn out quicker than stock)

I've got the Xtreme White and like then a lot. I have no experience with the Night Techs though, they were a very close second.

It looks like the Night Techs are 'whiter' than the Xtreme Whites.

Like Elmo said, what color output are you looking for?

They are actually toward the 'yellow' end of the spectrum.

Stock draw but they are brighter. A lot of the aftermarket bulbs that are brighter do not last as long, it's a trade off.

That sounds right, now that I took another look at the Kelvin spectrum.

    Night Techs = 3600 Kelvin
    Intense White = 4100 Kelvin
Xtreme White Plus = 4000 Kelvin

I have Sylvania 4000k's or something like that. They are too white, I figured id get used to it but in the rain and at certain times of the day its almost like they aren't on at all, street lights have the same effect. I dunno, i'l probably go to a cheaper bulb next time or get a set of amber fog lamp covers.
