I have a Tacoma TRD Sport 2011 and i wanted to know if its possible to change the front face completely (bumper, grill, headlights). Have somebody already done that, and how? Thanks for helping me with this project.

Theres some 2012 owners that say the new fenders are the exact same
Plus glassworks fenders fit 2012's so they should be the same

It would be so expensive to do this that it would be cheaper in the long run to trade for a 2012, IMO.

Do as you wish but that seems like a lot of work and expense that could be done cheaper and better just by trading in to a new one. Working on vehicles is fun and all but with the insane trade in on these trucks it just doesn't make sense to me.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
like others said on parts...hood, grille, bumper, headlights, headlight trim. the radiator core support should be the same. swap should be easy. kicker would be the cost of the OEM parts and the painting. did a similar swap on my 00 s-10 for a sonoma front end. had actually thought about this myself as i wouldnt need the bumper:spy: want to see how it comes out.
