I know that welding on sliders is obviously the better option over bolt on's. I'm gonna collaborate with a friend with some fabbing skills and make up some for my new truck and am a little iffy on welding to the new frame. Anyone had issues with any variations of bolt on trail armor? What have you all done with your trucks?

i got the bolt on sliders, seem to be on pretty good, i put them on myself cause i don't trust dealerships and wouldn't have to pay them lol.. its whatever you prefer.. ive had mine on for a couple months so havent had too much time to see what will happen

    Check Build Thread!!
I guess It'd all depend how its mounted. Shitty welds can be worse then bolts. but cheap/small bolts can be bad too. I'd have to see pics
