    KEEP IT!!!

I drive about 2500 miles per month as well, the MPG's are GREAT for a truck, plus your truck looks sweet. You bought it and made it yours, it would be a shame to get rid of it. Remember this, these Tacomas even with high miles retain great value.

I have 81K on my 2009 and still love it like it was new!!

As others have said, unless your going to buy a 10K car, the loss you take is far more than the gas you will pay.

    Good Luck

Can I chime in with some advice?

Not sure how much you drive, but I swear, I drive a TON.

Do not ask me why, but I got hit with the lift bug bad right around xmas and put a 6" with 35s on my rig... Chopped my gas mileage in half and I was like "oh what..."

Wife was a bit critical that I just dropped $4K to make my truck "less usable" in her eyes.

To solve the problem, I just bought a cheap lil used gas saver two weeks ago. I drive that thing 4-5 days a week and keep the taco for fundays.

Why don't you do the same? I hated not having a truck.... So now I have the car to beat daily and rack up the miles.

just sayin - Spend $2K - $3K on a decent cheap lil thing and you are all set and don't have to sell the truck anymore!

That is a very good point give this a try http://www.edmunds.com/calculators/gas-guzzler.html?sv I did this a few weeks ago and realized I would only save about $150 a month. I thought the difference would be alot more that it was, plus like FASTK said you are going to take a bath on your trade. Either way good luck man!
