Roof Rack Help

    Hey all,

    Need the help of the collective wisdom of the site...

    I have some used Thule ski/board racks. I would like to find a way to secure them to the stock roof rack my Tacoma has.

    I am looking for ideas whether they are parts I could buy somewhere or a home made version. So far the only thing I can come up with is this:

    Does anyone have these so I can confirm that they will fit around the stock cross bars? Any other ideas?

    Ultimately, I want a set up similar to this, only with Thule clamps:
