Gary that's 1 of the many reasons why I went with the other 33" (255/85/16) and still have my stockers for commuting (280 miles/week). And putting them on 1st Gen TRDs move them out 1/2" farther.

Warranty is only an issue if they can prove that the lift caused the damage. Proof is on the dealer not you. Also don't worry, it took me a little over a year to pull the trigger

That's where I ordered the parts. $900 covered the OME Lift, pre-assembly of the front shocks/coils w/ spacer, and shipping.

That's awesome. I've always wondered if there was another tacomaworld member near me. I hardly ever see any trucks like mine (Silver DC w/ LB AND 4X4) but of course the only place I have seen an exact replica is here in Novato. Go figure. At least now there is a difference:cool:

Your truck looks awesome. Where were you a few weeks ago when I was looking for my truck with a lift.

Ah gotcha, thanks. Will do as soon as the rims come in.

Went with some new black 17's with BFG AT KO 285/70/17. Getting the tires Monday but the rims are new and won't be available until Late Feb. early Mar.

Any updates? I'm ordering the OME lift kit, and I need advice on the wheel size too. I like the black MD wheels you posted a picture of, could anyone tell me what size would fit with the ome lift? Backspace and all? Looking to run 285/70/17 or 275/70/17.
