anyone put ARB bumper with winch on 2011 tacoma? Guess that would require suspension mod to handle the 200 lb addition. Any recommendations?

    Yes.
Have you tried searching for anything? There have been plenty of recent discussions. Yes, people have ARB bumpers with winches on their Tacoma. Without suspension upgrades, you will have sag. Search for OME lift with 886 springs.

You will have to upgrade the suspension for sure. You have two basic choices. An OME type spring replacement, or an adjustable coilover like Fox, King, Icon. The adjustables offer the ability to fine tune the preload to the load for the amount of lift you want. The OME type upgrades rely on you picking the right spring. All are high quality.
