driving home from work today i noticed the engine getting rough when accelerating and then the engine light came on and the vsc turned off. i was begining to wonder if i'd make it home. when i did finally get home i pulled the code and got a p0301 (#1 cylinder misfire). checked the wires, the coil and the spark plug. turned out to be a bad spark plug. i just changed those about 3 months ago. i am so glad it wasn't something more serious!!

So was there any visible damage or anything noticeably wrong with it?
