So I'm putting my lift on tomorrow night and don't wanna wait till Monday to put my wheels and tires on(place is closed on the weekend and I'm impatient). Can I rock 285/70/17 tires, 17x8s with 4.5" bs 0mm offset... From the tire place to home(10 miles) without any serious issues? Or should I be patient and just wait till Monday ?

    Yes.
Might as well wait. Just do the lift then wheels and tires...then alignment.

Hope you have new UCA's too. Best to get them before the alignment.

as long as you keep driving to a minimum and all your bolts are tight why not? just dont drive out of town or anything! cant hurt anything but the tire and it wont f it up that fast.
