    Hi
I am trying to switch out my lamps for my modded bhlm ones. The ones I modded came without the big rubber plug thingy that seals in the main bulb.
I have the headlight out and want to install the bhlm one onto the truck...how do I get that big rubber thing off the stock lamp to install onto the new lamp?
    links with pics?
(I searched all the bhlm threads and no one mentions this step,,,

If its the rubber seal on the back of the bulb, it should just pull off.

The rubber boot should just pull out of the OEM headlight assembly, there's nothing keeping it attached other than a tight fit. You need to pull it out in order to change the bulb.
