OEM Style heat seat switches and pads

I know not many of you are ebay fans, but I stumbled upon these. The seller has 100% feedback with 390 buyers. This kit seems like a pretty good deal. The switches will fit in the '09+ lower dash console below the climate controls. The switches aren't exactly the same in appearance and illumination, but are a better route for an OEM appearance. I know some guys have tried matching the OEM switches and controllers from a 4Runner into FJs and other 4Runners with aftermarket heating elements with little to no success because of the resistance difference. I'm guessing this would be a good alternative. Just wanted to see what you guys thought. Have at it...

Also would be interested, what are the chances these could start a fire if they malfunction?
